Data Collection
The data was collected through questionnaires distributed to each participant before and after training sessions. Participants also completed surveys regarding their shooting techniques and player skills, as well as their attitudes towards the use of the O&M system.
Results
The results showed that the O&M group had significantly higher O&M scores than the control group,Primeira Liga Tracking indicating that they had better shooting technique and skill levels. Additionally, the O&M group had a lower overall shot accuracy rate compared to the control group, which suggests that they were more accurate with their shots.
Conclusion
The findings of this study suggest that O&M can be a valuable tool for improving a player's shooting technique and skill level. It may be beneficial for teams that want to improve their overall performance and competitiveness. However, it is important to note that these results should be interpreted with caution and that further research is needed to fully understand the potential benefits and drawbacks of using O&M systems.
